Local ceramics can be found on the shelves, as well as books curated by local residents as part of the Hox Friends programme; The Hoxton recruited 175 local Brooklyn residents encompassing small business owners, artists, influencers and artisans who embody the fabric of the neighbourhood, to curate the books in each guest room.
Each local was paired with a different room to share their top 10 hand-picked reads, along with insightful neighbourhood insights, fully immersing them in the area and its top spots.
The bathrooms feel authentically New York, decked out with metro tiles and mosaic floors.
