House Tours Open Door... with Alice Temperley
The fashion designer and style icon opens her doors to Livingetc's Sarah Spiteri
Welcome to the fourth instalment of our House Tours Open Door series. We'll be taking a break for a while... but there's no need to panic. We'll be returning in the autumn with our virtual tours of amazing homes and share the wisdom of more of the world's best creatives.

Alice's brand is known for its focus on luxurious fabrics and hand finishes, and is also the go-to name for romantic boho brides. Alice grew up in Somerset with her two sisters on her parents' cider farm. She returned to the area a few years ago, and splits her time between London and her countryside idyll.
Her house is steeped in glamour, and combines classical architecture with whimsical boho decorating ideas and rock 'n' roll vibes.

SHOP ALICE'S KEY PIECES
Alice has lived in her incredible home for nine years, building up confident, fantastical schemes that ooze with must-have pieces. Much of her furniture has been sourced from antiques markets in Paris and Kempton, and at Somerset auction houses. But where possible, we've listed paint colours and sources below.
