H&M Home's New Spring Tableware Collection And The 5 Pieces We're Snapping Up
H&M offers Easter table inspiration with a more natural and rural look this spring...
H&M has gone and done it again, and delighted us with more muted, rustic loveliness with their brand new SS20 tableware collection. The hotly launched range features stonewashed linen napkins, tablecloths and aprons, as well as earthy dinner plates and leaf-shaped egg cups.
This year H&M were influenced by a classic rural setting for their Easter tableware range, with a neutral colour palette and natural materials. Mixing materials including linen, wood, coloured glass and irregular glazing on ceramics all add to the beauty of this collection.

Easter is a great time to be creative and have some fun with table settings, and H&M are offering inspiration for a more playful Easter table with hanging egg decorations and decorative bunnies too.

When it comes to laying the table for Easter, take inspiration from Danish stylist Pernille Vest, who describes her style as playful and arty. Pernille suggests: "Decide on a colour or theme to build the entire look and feel on. Starting off with a nice table cloth – ochre, terracotta or natural beige – is a great way to set a colour base. Then add details and materials that complement that key colour."

Then incorporate some nature, by way of wild flowers, real feathers and eggs to decorate your Easter table. Mixing meadow flowers with spring branches looks great in a bouquet and the branches are also great to hang your Easter decorations on.

Meanwhile H&M Home’s linen table cloths and linen napkins add a natural look and feel to the table. H&M Home has also introduced egg and rabbit shaped boxes to fill with sweets or even small notes for each of the guests.
Here are the five key pieces we're snapping up this spring...
1. LINENS
We can't get enough of these washed linen napkins – available in ten different colours. There are linen tablecloths and aprons to match too.
2. STONEWARE
The stoneware plates come in beige, black or pistacchio shades, and have a lovely earthy feel to them. Lovely as charger plates too.
3. EASTER BAUBLES
We love the neutral cardboard hanging egg decorations, perfect for hanging from branches of blossom.
4. LEAFY EGG CUP
The leafy egg cups offer a pop of colour while still remaining very neutral in style.
5. MATTE BRASS
Meanwhile some matte brass accents like this cutlery set makes the table sparkle by candle light, and makes even breakfast time feel a little more special.
