HOMEWARE HITS FROM HIGH STREET FASHION BRANDS

We've rounded up the homeware hits on the high street that we'll be picking up with our glad-rags, this spring.

IN BLACK AND WHITE

French Connection has expanded its kitchen and tableware collections for Spring 19 with a selection of eye-catching monochromatic pieces that will give the impression you've picked them up at a cool craft gallery, rather than a favourite fashion retailer. Its Metro tableware (on sale from March 2019) features hand crafted serve ware and a collection of contemporary plates and bowls in contrasting chalk and charcoal shades that have a fresh, bold homespun look.

SELF REFLECTION

This wooden framed mirror at Zara Home has a rich tone and smooth curved edges that will lend warmth and style to your space. Besides checking you're good to go out, it's ample size (70x40cm) will reflect light into dark corners, and at £69.99 it's pretty good value too.

SEE THE LIGHT

After introducing furniture to its fabulous homeware offering last year, H&M has followed up with luxe lighting and additional pieces. We're rather taken with this Art Deco style Metal table lamp and smart Marble-effect side table, at £69.99 each, both oozing luxury style at a steal.

GO POTTY

These colourful Abuo ceramic planters from Oliver Bonas are decorated with reactive glazes in tones of pink, blue, cream and green, which gives each pot a lustrous and unique finish. They can stand alone or rest on their own black iron stand, available in two sizes, so it's easy to vary colours and heights to create an eye-catching display with your favourite foliage.
