3 interiors trends you need to know for AW20, according to Graham & Green
Botanicals and soothing spaces are key...
Now, more than ever our, homes have become a safe haven and a sanctuary; a cocooning space to seek a feeling of calm and security or a vibrant, leafy escape from the outside world.
Many of us have also enjoyed a slower pace of life with quieter days at home and this isn’t something we’re ready to let go of soon.
So, with this in mind, eclectic homeware brand Graham and Green has shared its trends for this autumn and winter, with styling tips drawn from its latest shoot.

Graham & Green AW20: 3 top trends for the new season:
1. CALM, SOOTHING SCHEMES
2020 encouraged us to reevaluate the rooms that mean the most to us - an inspiring home office, quiet corners for reading or a beautiful bedroom to retreat to at the end of the day.
For a sense of serenity throughout, layer soft pastels, natural linens and pared-back flat weave rugs for a muted feel, opting for the softer light of wall sconces and pendant shades to the harsher glow of exposed bulbs.

2. LUCIOUS BOTANICAL VIBES
This year saw us valuing time outdoors and getting back to nature more than ever before. The botanical trend is nothing new, but the escapism it brings has given new meaning to the invigorating powers of earthy neutrals, leafy greens and vibrant jewel tones.
Recreate the look with jungle prints, potted plants (whether faux or real) and natural materials such as bamboo. We love our faux grass for the soft textures and organic feel it adds.

3. A SPACE TO SHARE
As we look to welcoming loved ones back into our homes, thoughts turn to family-sized dining tables, fresh new tableware and deep, inviting sofas with room for everyone (including four- legged friends).
And with Christmas (yes, we did just say Christmas) around the corner, now is the time to get your home guest-ready for the winter months. Try adding a beautiful bench or characterful doormat to your front hall to greet guests from the moment they step in.
