What To See At Copenhagen Design Week

Clerkenwell Design Week isn't the only three-day design festival happening this week. Returning for its fifth year,3 Days of Design isDenmark's annual design event – taking over Copenhagen from the 24th to the 26th May. As expected, there's minimal Scandi style aplenty, with exhibits from household names such as Carl Hansen & Son, FLOS, Louis Poulsen and Ferm Living, as well as some suitably unpronounceable Scandinavian new kids on the block (hello Risskov Møbelsnedkeri and Skovby Møbelfabrik). As well as a multitude of product launches, previews, workshops, exhibitions and design talks spread across the city during the festival’s three-day run, organisers are also laying on free transport – on land and sea – so that guests can attend every part of the programme they wish to. Interior designers, architects, industry buyers, journalists, and Scandi design lovers will all be flocking to the picturesque city for their dose of cool, modern Danish design. And we guarantee that they won't be leaving disappointed. Here are just some of the goings-on this week.
