Called Arte, it will be a typically glam affair. Inspired by Miami’s 1930’s modern architectural heritage, Arte’s contemporary exterior features a series of magnificent terraces, clad in Italian travertine and accented by huge windows framed in rich bronze.
Arte takes its name from not only the artful design of the building, but also the playfully curated artwork within it. Outside will stand an original “ART” sculpture by legendary American artist Robert Indiana. Best known for his iconic “LOVE” sculptures, Indiana was a revolutionary figure in the pop art movement. Inside the lobby will feature a work by the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson called “Polychromatic Chronology.”
