Explore the UK's most expensive home to rent - it has a Hermes bedroom suite
The current tenant paid £3.1m upfront to secure tenancy in the townhouse with a Hermes bedroom suite
The most expensive property in the UK has a new tenant- a 24-year -old billionaire's daughter who is paying £1.55 million per year to live in the central London mansion.
The heiress paid £3.1 million to seal her tenancy- the largest upfront payment ever made to let a London home.
The rented mansion Culross House is situated in the elegant Mayfair neighborhood. At £4,246 per night, the tenant can indulge in 8,051 sqft of living space, which includes five bedrooms, a private cinema room, spa complex, a chic bar, and a swimming pool.
The townhouse also comes with a private garden at the rear, while the garden of London- Hyde Park is adjacent across the road.
The grandeur of the townhouse is emphasized through its exclusive Hermes bedroom suite, glass lift, and a stylish marble entrance hall. The K10 Group, who owns the property, says they designed the interiors to pay homage to quintessential 'Best of British' design and are influenced by prestigious hotels and venues from across the world.

The property was the perfect pick for the new renter who was searching for a modern home that was big enough for her boyfriend, housekeeper, and personal security team. She had requested a new-build house in that particular area and wanted to avoid staying in an apartment due to the pandemic.
The young heiress is a member of a billionaire family who made their fortune in property, fashion, and IT across mainland China and in Hong Kong.
You may already recognize Culross House from Sally Lindsay's Poshest Sleepover, the new series on Channel 5, which saw actress and TV presenter, Sally Lindsay, spend a night in the mansion. The heiress' property adviser reportedly sent a video of the episode to her client via Whatsapp, which spurred her to sign the agreement within 24 hours.
'K10 Group is delighted to have let Culross House to a fantastic VVIP international family as their Mayfair pieds-à-terre, we hope the family enjoys living there over the next few years,' shared Kam Babaee, Founder & CEO of K10 Group.
Kam continued, suggesting that, despite the record-breaking price tag, the townhouse is 'outstanding value-for-money in comparison to 'the daily cost of renting a 5-star hotel suite in Knightsbridge or Mayfair as it provides 'far more space and private facilities.'
