See the Amalfi Coast come to Miami Beach in this stunning house renovation
This Miami abode underwent an extensive 2-year renovation from the owners of the world famous Le Sirenuse in the Amalfi coast
To describe this house in Miami Beach as 'tasteful' doesn't even begin to do justice to this exquisite house renovation project that took two years of meticulous work.
Channeling the lively cliffside village of Positano, the modern home comes from the owners of the world-famous Le Sirenuse hotel on the Amalfi coast.
Anyone who's been to Le Sirenuse will instantly recognize the hotel's charmingly eclectic style in the decorating choices made for this bright and elegant three-bedroom home.

The in-depth understanding of how color, pattern, and material interact to produce a bespoke and inimitable style can only come with years of experience, and the Sersale family has plenty of it. Le Sirenuse was launched in 1951 and has been visited by everyone from discerning holiday-makers to John Steinbeck, in 1953.
Wishing to recreate the joyfulness and warmth of Positano in their new home in Florida, the family opted to keep the architecture simple, building the character of the home by carefully curating a selection of furnishings, light fixtures, and bespoke touches.
The large open-plan living and dining space offers endless opportunities for both relaxation and entertaining – a truly sociable space that meets a closely knit family's needs. The transitions between the different zones of this vast space are seamless, creating a connected and coherent look thanks to the choice of complementing colors and textiles.
The home also boasts a bespoke kitchen that has been clad in copper panels and finished with sleek marble surfaces – what could be more Italian than marble worktops!
The bedrooms have been kept more neutral to fully benefit from the views of luscious gardens outside, but each bedroom features a meticulously curated gallery wall.
Prints, murals, and even wall textiles are juxtaposed in a way that really makes the otherwise neutral spaces come alive. The effect is utterly harmonious and lived-in; although this house has been designed by hotel owners, it is very much a home.
Finally, as befits a home located amid the luscious scenery of Miami Beach, the house provides plenty of outdoor access, while the extensive tall hedges provide total privacy.
For shade lovers, there is a covered patio; for sun worshippers – the poolside. Ready for its next lucky owner, the Miami Beach Home is listed for $4,300,000 by ONE Sotheby's.
