Jonathan Adler has launched a pop-art inspired neon light collection with Yellowpop filled with colorful delights
The iconic designer has unveiled its rainbow-infused series that will illuminate your summer nights – and we have an early preview
Globally renowned designer, potter, and our recent guest editor, Jonathan Adler, has filled our interiors with audacious patterns and unrivaled color schemes, but now, we can admire his ingenious designs long after the sun sets.
Enter YP x Jonathan Adler – the upcoming partnership between Jonathan Adler and neon light company Yellowpop which launches online this Monday, June 7th. The limited-edition series consists of eight statement pieces that accentuate Jonathan's fun-filled designs with LED-powered neon.
Yellowpop worked with Jonathan to design pieces that provoke creativity and turn our modern homes into a kaleidoscopic paradise, right on time for house party season.
While all pieces celebrate Jonathan's most beloved styles and motifs, our favorite design comes in the shape of his instantly associable eye design (below). Similarly, we're swooning over the matching monsieur and madame lights and the groovy head pentaptych, which comes with plumes of smoke.
Like all beautiful things in life, the collection comes after a chance encounter in Paris between Jonathan and the founders of Yellowpop, Jeremy Cortial & Ruben Grigri.

The trio jumped at the 'dream partnership' to create a bold series that encapsulates their ethos, as Jonathan shares: 'As a designer and craftsperson, I work with myriad materials to bring my vision to life. But for years, there's been a neon-shaped hole in my heart. Until now! Working with Yellowpop to translate my designs into neon signs has been a delight, and I hope folks love the collection as much as I loved designing it.'
It seems that partying in Paris and collaborating with world-famous designers is all in a day's work for Jeremy and Ruben, who has already worked alongside the likes of Diet Prada, Sarah Bahbah, André Saraiva. Their series with Jonathan is also hot off the heels with their collection with NYC designer Susan Alexandra. Now, this is the clientele list of dreams.
'We are so excited to introduce this collection to both of our audiences for what we hope will be a long-standing relationship between our two brands. It's just another chapter in taking our brand to the next level, Jeremy and Ruben add.
