H&M Home has made it possible to pay homage to womanhood through a curated collection of chic illustrations that will bless your scheme with style. For the Love of Art is the brand’s new collaboration with three female artists who have created a collection of personal pieces from their studio in Paris.

This entire collection is set to shake up our modern home decor ideas, filled with vibrant graphic cushions, decorative posters, and chic ceramics that will set the tone for our dinner parties the season ahead.

While we are lusting over every piece, stand-outs include the large vase with terracotta-colored glaze and the rattan candle infused with a scent of patchouli. We’re also preordering decorative vases that are perfect for holding harvest bouquets.

But what does the celebration involve? As the product of creative duo Sacrée Frangine and their childhood friends, Célia Amroune and Aline Kpade, the collection stems from warm, minimalistic illustrations that showcase the beauty of sisterhood, motherhood, and womanhood.

‘Our pieces in the collection are gentle reminders to take time. Take time to dream, to contemplate a beautiful landscape, to smile, to spend time with people you love or miss,’ Sacrée Frangine says.

The artists’ work is inspired primarily by other women – and the pieces are created to exhibit feminine themes that explore the beauty of simple things and everyday life.

The collection includes work from São Paolo-based artist Brunna Mancuso and the Italian-Nigerian Berlin-based artist Diana Ejaita. Both artists draw from silhouettes to create powerful pieces that portray the strength of femininity.

While Brunna’s artwork has been turned into a selection of appealing posters, Diana’s art is seen on a selection of textiles for the home – including embroidered cushion covers and soft jacquard woven blankets.

‘For this collection, I was thinking of people being in dialogue with the environment; messages that inspire us to make choices in respect of nature. I think these types of reflections are fundamental nowadays,’ Diana adds.

We expect these pieces will set interior design trends globally; you just need to watch this space.

The collection will be available in selected stores and online from 7th October.
